Membership Terms & Conditions

Thank you for joining the Gator Computers Membership Program. Our membership is designed to reward loyal customers with exclusive discounts, priority service, and other benefits. By enrolling, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Key Rules at a Glance

Membership begins 24 hours after enrollment.
Registered devices only.
Membership is non-transferable.
Discounts apply to labor unless otherwise stated.
Membership is not insurance or an extended warranty.
Fraud or abuse may result in immediate cancellation.
Customers are responsible for backing up their data before service.

6. Coverage Waiting Period

Membership benefits begin 24 hours after enrollment.

If your membership includes accidental damage or deductible repair benefits, those benefits begin 30 days after enrollment, unless otherwise stated by Gator Computers.

Benefits do not apply to pre-existing damage or repairs already in progress.

1. Membership Overview

The Gator Computers Membership Program is a customer loyalty program that provides discounts and benefits based on your selected membership plan.

Membership is not an insurance policy, manufacturer warranty, extended warranty, or service contract unless expressly stated.

2. Membership Benefits

Benefits vary by membership plan and may include:

Discounts on repair labor
Discounts on in-stock accessories
Priority service
Free diagnostics (if included)
Free screen protectors (if included)
Device health checks
Extended repair warranty (if included)

Benefits apply only while your membership is active and in good standing.

3. Billing & Automatic Renewal

Membership fees are billed automatically each month until canceled.

If a payment cannot be processed, your membership benefits may be suspended until your account is brought current.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time.

Your membership will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period. Membership fees are non-refundable once charged.

5. Registered Devices

Membership benefits apply only to devices registered under your membership.

Devices with existing physical, liquid, or mechanical damage are not eligible for protection benefits until repaired.

Gator Computers may inspect and photograph registered devices before approving membership benefits.

7. What's Covered

Coverage is limited to the benefits included with your selected membership plan.

Unless specifically stated, membership discounts apply to labor only.

Replacement parts, taxes, shipping, and accessories are billed separately.

9. Membership Abuse & Fraud

To keep membership pricing affordable for everyone, Gator Computers reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership for abuse or fraud. Examples include:

Sharing membership benefits with others
Registering devices you do not own
Providing false information
Enrolling after damage has already occurred to obtain discounted repairs
Fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks
Harassing or threatening employees

Memberships terminated for fraud or abuse are not eligible for refunds.

10. Data Backup Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for backing up all personal data before service.

Although we take great care with every repair, Gator Computers is not responsible for lost or corrupted data, software issues, or hardware failures that may occur during the repair process.

11. Repair Warranty

Membership does not replace or extend Gator Computers' standard repair warranty unless specifically stated in your membership plan.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gator Computers' liability for any claim related to membership services shall not exceed the total membership fees paid by the member during the previous twelve (12) months.

13. Changes to Membership

Gator Computers may modify membership pricing, benefits, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated to active members in advance whenever practical.
